It is no secret the bosses are winning. The top 1% suck up 93 percent of all income. The workers who produce and create the wealth have seen their living standards decline for nearly 4 decades. Organized labor seems incapable of reversing this trend. Despite the occasional militant rhetoric, labor leaders’ only strategy is more concessions, more retreats and ‘partnerships’. How can workers fight back, and equally important, how can they win? The ISO promotes a ‘Rank & File Strategy’ to rebuild the labor movement. What is the Rank & File strategy? Is it a useful guide to action, or is it hopelessly outdated? Are Socialists running for Union office part of the answer?
