The October revolution in Russia in 1917 saw the successful taking of power by the Russian working class, led by the Bolshevik Party. Workers were in power and ran society. What make this revolution unique from all other revolutions of the 20th Century through to today? This talk will address why the lessons of the Bolshevik Party still matter for revolutionaries today.
