​​Joseph Daher is a Syrian-Swiss writer and activist. He is the founder of the blog Syria Freedom Forever and a member of the Revolutionary Left Current in Syria. He is the author of Hezbollah: The Political Economy of Lebanon's Party of God (2016). He teaches in the Institute for Political, Historical and International Studies at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Daher has written extensively about the Syrian Revolution and this discussion will focus on the current situation in Syria and the dynamics of revolution and counter-revolution.
