Eric Blanc is an activist and historian based out of Oakland, California. He is the author of of “Anti-imperial Marxism: Borderland socialists and the evolution 
of Bolshevism on national liberation” (International Socialist Review, Issue #100) and the forthcoming monograph, Anti-Colonial Marxism: Oppression & Revolution in the Tsarist Borderlands, 1881-1917 (Historical Materialism Book Series, Brill Publishers).
